A Quick Lesson On Making Coconut Milk

Keeping a concentrated eye out for customers.


Station One, clean out the coconut. Basically a router/juicer on a vertical axis. Station Two, take the coconut shavings and mash them.

Station Three, at the other end of the masher, strain the coconut milk into buckets. Station four, transfer coconut milk to pitchers.

Customer orders, coconut milk goes into bags, job done.
