Shrinking Taiwan At The Hamasen Museum Of Taiwan Railway

This ain't your cousins' basement train set. The Hamasen museum has a giant room devoted to a small train set that depicts several areas of Taiwan during various time periods. The detail and breadth are impressive. Time to wander the tiny rails.

The big spread.

Harbor scene and fancy digs at a marina.

Why stop at the surface? Worm-eye view at a subway station.

Or keep to the ground? Military helicopter on a sortie. Big country Buddha site.

Main shopping drag of Taipei, way back when.

A drive in the country and an immaculate park.

Jetting above it all.
