The Military Spoils Park In Baku

Go to war, bring your burned out trophies home and put them on display. Fun for the whole family. In 2020, Azerbaijan fought Armenia in what is now known as the Second Karabakh War. Who won, who lost, who wasted a lot of blood and treasure is in dispute. Azerbaijan is now using evidence of their destruction as propaganda, tangible relics that represent might and power.

The captured Armenian equipment is spread out in a vast empty lot, east of the modern downtown.
