Memorial Pit To Jews, Minsk

Another country, another pit, a site of a massacre of Jews during the Holocaust. Right in the center of Minsk is this grim hole. March 2, 1942 is the date; about 5,000 Jews is the death toll.

The site includes a sculpture and obelisk.
