We live in Chennai, a city of 8 million people. There are people everywhere, buildings, bustle. When we drive hours out of the city, it might start to get rural, but still people seem to be ever present, on the side of the road, in shops, fields, groups everywhere.
Drive long enough and on small enough roads and you can eventually find a deserted India. Who knew?
