South of Muscat by about 60 kilometers lies a little gem, the Bimmah Sinkhole. It's right on the coast, a little oasis of limestone and serene water.
Drive up, park the car and walk a little ways and then the sinkhole appears.
And make sure to lock your vehicle, lots of suspicious goats are mulling about. The stairs down to the bottom, interrupted by a tree.
