When you stop for gas in rural Bali, you don't look for a normal gas station with pumps. You simply pull over to the side of the road next to what looks like a lethal sno-ball stand.
Fuel is measured out by the liter and then spread among whatever old bottles you have gathered. Add a funnel and you're in business.
