Getting Sticky With It

East Asia is visual overload: colors, shapes, variety, cuteness.  Japan has Bento Boxes and Sanrio's Hello Kitty.

That idea extends to the candy, too.  Check out: Sticky.  It's actually an Australian import to Malaysia.  The shop produces hard candy in a cornucopia of colors and flavors, chopped into bite-size pieces with words or logos and packaged into sweet little jars.

There are smiley faces.  Celebratory sentiments such as "thank you" and "Happy Birthday."

The enticing front sign.  And the employee amusement show, similar to those fudge stores.  Chop, chop, chop...

The final product, ready for mass consumption.  Angry Birds hard candy.  Just to show you how hip they are (and possibly flouting copyright law).  Remember Angry Birds, you will see them again...
