Serving Size, Nepal

At various street markets, the standard units for serving/purchase sizes are cup-shaped metal canisters. They come in different sizes, presumably based on how much you want to buy. The cute containers are non-disposable (of course) and look indestructible.

A typical vendor, canisters at the ready. The little things make a much better presentation than pre-packaged stuff or lousy plastic bags.

Chess pieces? Sand castles? Outdoor sculpture?

A different container, old cracker and related metal boxes, now re-used for spices or cooking fire supply material.
