Our consumables have yet to arrive (hundreds of pounds of food and other use-'em-ups the government will ship to us), and we have a fantastic cook, so we have prepared nary a meal. We do miss a couple of things (hello dark chocolate) but in general, eating Indian food everyday has been wonderful.
Recently, we did try a couple of staples in our recipe repertoire from back home. It's been a little bit of a challenge, between securing the right ingredients (hello dark chocolate again -- not found thus far -- sending out an SOS to all care-package offerers) and dealing with our miniature pony-like glorified Easy-Bake oven.
